Passion brought us here...

I’m Dr. Rashel 'TrekHer' Wilson, PhD - a wife, mommy of two, ANFT certified nature therapy guide, scientist, and business professional. I’ve spent years exploring how we connect - with each other, and with the world around us.

Like many, I once believed clarity and answers were something to chase, figure out, or earn. For too long, I ignored my heart because it seemed illogical. Nature taught me something different. True wisdom isn’t found by just thinking outward, it’s found by looking inward with intentional presence, stillness, and relationship.

That realization inspired the name 'TrekHer Wilson' - symbolic of both my personal journey and the path I help clients walk. In a time of constant noise and disconnection, nature provides a way back to what matters most and I can lead the way.

Why I Guide

I aim to inspire a culture that values renewal, reflection, and the wisdom of the natural world. I believe many of us - too many - are merely reacting to life, caught in survival mode as I once was.

Through guided nature therapy, I help my clients shift from overwhelmed to grounded, from searching to discovering, from feeling disconnected to deeply at home in themselves and the world around them.

As a certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide (ANFT), I lead you through that shift - moving from busy to living in the moment - with practical support. If you’re craving clarity, balance, and a renewed connection to yourself, let’s take the first step together.

Imagine being at work, when stress pulls you in every direction, you pause - feel the ground beneath you, recall the stillness of leaves, the way nature simply is. And just like that, you find your center again.

In the chaos of home life, drowning in responsibilities - then you remember the steadiness of the trees, the rhythm of your breath, the way the wind once wrapped around you. The connection you built in nature remains, helping you return to yourself.​​​
